Yes. We handle permits and zoning, and our pre-construction work identifies code risks and utility hurdles before your project starts. Florida permitting experience is one of the reasons clients choose us.
02 Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We can work around business hours, including low-disruption renovations in occupied offices and after-hours work, and we renovate existing facilities while you remain operational.
03 How long does a commercial project take?
Typical timelines run from a few months to over a year for larger builds. Pre-construction gives you a clear picture of the schedule before work begins.
04 Who will I deal with during construction?
You get direct access to decision-makers, and one of the company owners is at your project daily. We combine hands-on project management with the efficiency of a streamlined team and the capabilities of a larger construction firm.
05 What happens after completion?
Our work carries a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and post-construction maintenance is available. LEED guidance is available too.
